We went to see Crazy Heart tonight (which was awesome), and on the way out, stopped to play that silly crane game with the toys. And luck would have it that I picked up two stuffed animals at the same time! That shit never happens to me. Seriously. One was this crazy Cat with Valentines pants on, and a red neck tie. The other was a super cheezy frog with heart that said 'I love you'. It's the little things in life that make me smile and this silly game was one of them.
Anyways, we got home and promptly gave the frog to Lucy. She went APE, entered into this wild kingdom mode, shaking froggy, ripping, pulling, you name it. It'a kind of satisfying watching her take apart a toy. She clearly gets such enjoyment out of it, satisfying the hunter/savage inside.
I'm not sure why I felt like posting this tonight. Maybe because it's one of those little moments that I don't often get to share with you because they pass by so quickly. So, here's a snap shot in time of our carnivore.
