I was down in Duxbury last night taking care of Max (Anne's puppy). He gave me a run for my money. He is 120 lbs of manipulating, scheming dog to get milkbones any way he needs to. Max would not stop mewling at the door wanting to get out. And then, he wouldn't come back in unless I gave him a treat. I feel so used. So manipulated. So, so dirty...
OH MY GOD he is so beautiful. I remember hearing about Max. So nice to see a picture of him. :-) And yes, manipulation feels so slimey, doesn't it. Try the shock collar on him, then he'll really listen! (I Know, not funny). Thanks for the post! xo Al
